Purchase Agreement and Policy
Wyo Timber Kats reserves the right to refuse service/purchase to anyone at anytime. Our kittens are very special to us and will only sell to those who can/will provide a good, loving home to our kittens with the financial ability to care for them for the entirety of the cats life.
Approved purchasers will agree to spay/neuter their kitten after 6 months of age and before 12 months of age and provide proof of the procedure to Wyo Timber Kats as soon as possible. Registration papers will not be sent and transfer of ownership will not be complete until this is done.
Kittens will be released from Wyo Timber Kats custody at 12 weeks of age with a clean bill of health, shots and microchipped. The purchaser must have their own veterinarian conduct a wellness check within 72 hours of delivery and provide confirmation to Wyo Timber Kats immediately. Failure to do so will negate the wellness guarantee.
The purchaser agrees to never sell, trade, or give away the kitten/cat. The kitten/cat will only be humanely euthanized due to incurable illness and by a licensed veterinarian. If the purchaser decides at any time to relinquish the kitten/cat they must contact Wyo Timber Kats for pickup arrangement. A permanent home will be found, if not with us.
We cannot guarantee the adult size of any of our kittens. Our best guess is based on the size of the parents. All of our breeding pairs have been chosen where size is a major factor, along with color and uniqueness. No refunds/exchanges will be given except for a fatal genetic defect verified by my veterinarian.
Wyo Timber Kats will deliver for free within 200 miles of Laramie, Wyoming. If you are outside this radius, you will be responsible for making delivery arrangements. Contact us for recommendations of pet transportation services.
The full purchase price must be paid prior to, or at the same time as, delivery of the kitten/cat.
